Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages Judy&co Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
