1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product/size, we will gladly make it right. You do not need to mail the item back to us.

To request a free replacement or a full refund:
Contact our support team at ampiirejudith9@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or the issue with the item.

 Once verified, we will immediately process a brand-new replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

If your item hasn't arrived within our estimated delivery window (found on our Shipping Policy page) or the tracking history shows the package is lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund or a replacement if the package cannot be located.

3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are shipped directly from global fulfillment centers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders. Please make sure to check product descriptions, sizing charts, and your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if a package is undeliverable due to a missing apartment number, wrong street address, or incorrect postal code provided by the customer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and issued by our team, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending entirely on your financial institution.
